| First step in our production processing is fluorescent glass tube. All glass tubes twice must pass through burning test. Every incoming component 100% must meet our strict AQL (acceptable quality level) standard. During production every semi-finished parts to be individually testing again before passing to next level of the production system. | |||||

| End of every assembly line all lamps goes through computerized switching, temperature variation, aging, universal burning position tests for few hours. Starting from individual components test to final packing procedures each LUXLITE products are checked, tested and quality controlled in multiple levels. | |||||
